Blame Game plot

As people use and replace more and more electronic devices, manufacturers have failed to provide solutions for handling the resulting waste. Most of it is exported to a toxic landfill in Ghana, where scavengers do their best to save what they can. Blame Game explores the dark world of global electronic waste management. Legal gray areas, a lack of investment in recycling, unscrupulous companies and political application of existing laws lead to wasted opportunities. Are there opportunities to alleviate poverty and help the environment?
