Dupieux.
You really don't need to say more. He always manages to find a new angle, but always within the same genre: dry, absurd comedy. This time Dupieux goes off with the Tokuatsu genre, although that is actually quite limited. It is mainly the selling point of this film.
Furthermore, you mainly get an anthology of some urban legends, which the heroes tell each other during an outing to sharpen the team spirit. Dupieux can put some nice crazy ideas in it. Rubber's "no reason" slogan still applies, don't look for too much coherence, you won't find it anyway.
A good look of actors, smart stylization (but not quite my style) and funny comedy that keeps surprising. Dupieux may continue to make these kinds of films, I will continue to enjoy them.

Good film about a team of vigilantes who need to work better together. As you can expect from a Quentin Dupieux film, this one is also absurd and original. And sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't. In this case yes, especially because of the humor and the totally ridiculous thing. The retro decor is nice too.
