The Romance of Seville plot
Dolores and Ramon celebrate their arranged engagement with little enthusiasm. Dolores already has a lover and Ramon wants his freedom so that he can win Pepita. When Pepita hears of Ramon's engagement, she gives her heart to someone else. But then Pepita is harassed by bandits and they try to rob her father. This gives the dashing Ramon the chance to prove to Pepita that he is a brave lover.
