"Back woods, meet outer space."

Life is pretty boring for Farmer Earl and his brother Joel. They wake up, feed the cows and then sit on the porch until it's time to go to bed. But then one night a mysterious object from outer space crashes into their pasture and kills their best bull and dairy cow.

Ha, always fun to introduce a few hillbillies when they are faced with something inexplicable or when they have to deal with a dilemma. I saw a discussion online somewhere about who the WIB, "women in black", were. The film leaves it somewhat in the middle, but also gives enough room to doubt whether or not they were human. Quite funny, the brothers among themselves, but also in interaction with the women who then also respond bone dryly when that one farmer tells a story about his splattered cow.
