Tommy Colston is a naval veteran with his own battles. After an incident in a foster family, a young girl ends up in the care of her father through a youth care worker. The girl immediately sets to work on her father's re-education. A moralizing story, topped with a heavy religious sauce. To each his own, but I'm not into that. I can only moderately appreciate this kind of Christian propaganda, especially when the main character (Tulsa) is much too precocious for her age.
