Der Bürgermeister-Macher plot

Klaus Abberger is a former newspaper editor who works as a campaign coach in Baden-Württemberg. His job is to advise mayors, write their speeches, take pictures and design advertising material. In Germany, he has participated in more than 150 election campaigns and won more than 70 percent. In this documentary, Abberger is followed during two campaigns in two municipalities. What happens if the candidates are not in the public eye? Is there a chance of victory?
