Beau Bandit plot

Hunted by a group of bounty hunters, smooth-talking bandit Montero and his deaf-mute sidekick Colosso arrive in town, intent on robbing a bank from grubby Lucius Perkins. However, Montero is distracted by the plight of lovely music teacher Helen Wardell, who yearns for poor but handsome farmer Bill Howard. Things get tense when Perkins, himself in love with Helen, offers Montero $1250 to kill Howard.
