It's Christmas Eve. The happiest Parisians get ready to unwrap presents with their families around the Christmas tree. Others are alone at home and watch television. Still others, like Serge, are at work. Serge is the only emergency physician on duty this evening. Struck by a crippling backache, he receives help from a pizza delivery boy who must step into the doctor's shoes.

An exuberant laugh is certainly in order when our pizza delivery boy pretends to be a doctor.
