Cheaply made, poorly written piece of work in which a demonic police officer [Lovie Johnson] makes the streets unsafe. A group of police officers try to stop him. Made for an apple and an egg, which is especially noticeable in the clumsy decorations. One of the many tricks Hatanaka made in the 1920s and with which he probably hopes to one day be mentioned in the same breath as Hershell Gordon Lewis, Bert I. Gordon and Edward D. Wood Jr. He succeeded with this one, but that won't stop him from continuing to bring more of the same.

The main advantage that director Gregory Hatanaka manages to associate with the film is that it sets a record for the shortest running time within the series in question. He also knows how to connect humor and horror in a very gentle way, but of course the production remains extremely cheap and crammed with idiotic scenes. The acting is actually not that bad, but the limited quality does make the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. Everything is working towards a fairly derailed finale and that makes it best to sit out, but of course it remains a poor reunion.
