Andere Welt plot

In 'Andere Welt', a place is shown that remains closed to most people, through barbed wire fences, security checkpoints, bars and doors. A place where people live who are considered generally dangerous. These patients are in a forensic psychiatry clinic and have usually committed a criminal offense under the influence of a mental illness. The film focuses on the relationship between the nurses and the patients in the women's ward of the clinic. How do the nurses work and how limited is their power?
