I Will Cross Tomorrow plot
Maria is a Greek policewoman struggling with money problems, her teenage daughter, elderly mother and the crisis in her country, which affects her professionally. She goes to work in a refugee camp on Lesvos. There she meets Yussof, a Syrian rebel who has left his war-torn country and wants to go to Europe. Both have unwittingly killed and feel guilty. Together they may be able to find inner peace.
