"It's all part of the county regimen..."

A mysterious traveler arrives in a sleepy 1950s town. He has a proposal for young farmhand Donnie. He must help him take down the town's tyrannical leader. In return, he wants to free Donnie's mother from a primitive rehabilitation center for the insane.
