Blue Monday plot

Jerry, Joyce and Chester struggle with psychosis. Jerry got the idea to look for his father and writes a book. Joyce refuses to believe it's just a flat disease. She experiences spirituality, a taboo concept in the clinic. For Chester, they are mostly living nightmares. Is there meaning behind their experiences? Is there a positive perspective? In the midst of all the confusion they search, each in their own way, for the meaning of their madness.

Portrait of three young people with psychosis. Jerry searches for self-acceptance by looking for his birth father; Joyce was prescribed drugs to suppress the voices in her head, even though those voices are actually helping her; Chester has a bachelor's degree in law and stubbornly holds on to a future that will never come because of his psychosis. An intimate portrait, but it concerns fragments from the lives of these people and does not make it sufficiently clear what the diagnosis means for their social life.
