Novecento Il Secolo Estremo plot

This documentary explores a century of actors, art and history that made Italian cinema a pinnacle of cinema. This is done on the basis of 30 short-lived films in digital format, supplemented with repertoire inserts on 16 and 35 mm film. The texts of the diaries are interpreted by 15 actors whose faces are framed in split-screen in a double video window by means of a high-resolution webcam.
