The Eugenist plot

A group of students stumble upon an abandoned school. They decide to explore the school for fun, but once inside they discover that the school is not so deserted. Little did they know that the school had been used for a genetic population control experiment, but this experiment went horribly wrong. The scientists tried to make better people, but they only made monsters.
