"Love... blink and you'll miss it."
That Teddy gets married is almost a miracle, because Teddy is one of those people who permanently postpones all decisions and hesitates as life passes him by. When he wakes up the morning after his wedding, his wife Leanne is suddenly eight months pregnant and they have already had the first year of marriage that Teddy can't remember. He is caught in a cycle of time jumps that advance each day by a year, showing him a time lapse of the obstacles to his love and the failures of his life.
