"An action explosion in the U.S.A."
Little drug dealer Billy Ray and his girlfriend Carmen are kidnapped by thugs working for a ruthless mobster named Frankie Navarro. The gangster is looking for a stash of diamonds. Billy Ray seems to have obscured it. When he is murdered, Carmen is placed under protective FBI custody as a key witness in a case against Navarro. It's up to the FBI agents to get her out of Texas, with the hit man Drago on their tail.
