Inshallah: Diary of an Afghan Woman plot

In 1993 Suraya Sadeed founded the aid organization “Help the Afghan Children” in the United States. Since then, she has led eighteen relief missions to her home country of Afghanistan. She smuggled food and other supplies through Taliban-controlled areas and started several illegal schools and medical clinics.
