Desperate Min-Jae pulls out all the stops to help his mother who is in the hospital. The firearm of a fallen police detective and a golf bag full of money seems to be the solution. But then Min-Jae is confronted by other colorful characters who also prey on the money, including criminals, corrupt lawmakers and a retired hit man.
