Epava plot

Firu Dorileanu is 30 and unemployed. He lives alone in the apartment of his deceased parents. To overcome his financial problems, he tries to sell his mother's double bass. On that occasion, he discovers in the instrument a letter and an old film from his mother's childhood. He goes looking for more information about her past by looking up the makers of the film.
