Karriär plot

A theater group travels around Sweden. There are conflicts between the actors and the former great actress Karin. The latter is a lady with a big ego who wants to destroy her younger colleagues. The worst affected is Monika, who only gets small roles. One day Karin is persuaded to give Monika a chance. She is waiving her role in "Romeo and Juliet".
