Room 8 plot
A tired new inmate is thrown into a narrow and gloomy cell of a horrific Soviet prison. He struggles to come to terms with this new reality. In the cell, the newcomer is warned by an unwelcome fellow inmate not to touch the intriguing mysterious red wooden box that lies on the bottom bunk, or even think of opening it. Why is there so much secrecy about the contents of the box? Could the box contain a way to escape?
