One day, a South Korean journalist and a Japanese cameraman in South Korea are invited by a murderer to an abandoned apartment. There they come across a video of the killer. Police believe the wanted criminal committed 18 murders, saying he has already killed 25. He further claims that if he completes his list of 27, not only his dead friend, but all 27 victims will be brought back to life.
