L'Homme de la Cave plot
Simon and Hélène decide to put an unsanitary cellar in their building on the market. This is eventually bought by Jacques Fonzic, an ordinary man who makes it his home. After a while, Mr. Fonzic proves to be a threat to the family when he spreads anti-Semitic lies and tries to influence the daughter of the family.
