Still watching with attention for 2 hours. Film with children in the leading role, but not a children's film. The kids are mean as kids are. And what will a child do with supernatural powers? Glad there is something other than films from the US.

Disappointment.
Typical Scandinavian genre film. Flirt hugely with superhero films and Stephen King. But as it should be in Europe, you should never respond to this flirt 100 percent. So you get some pinpricks of a nice film, but the film fizzles out. It's a shame because the film doesn't really tell much. The mix between superheroes and villains and the not so innocentof children when their parents are not looking works poorly. Ultimately, it actually has no real impact in either area. It doesn't give you an eerie feeling and in terms of entertainment it is mainly a missed opportunity.
What remains is a long build-up to little with excellent acting from the children and a decent visual style.

A film with the looks of an arthouse, but the atmosphere of a better horror film. Not teenagers as we are used to in American films and series, but young children. You may not be immediately triggered visually, the events are loud and the music provides the necessary atmosphere. The young actors are doing quite well. Films with children are not obvious. But precisely because they are such small children, you get that hint of innocence that has more to it. In any case, I watched with full attention from beginning to end.
