Boris Giuliano: Un Poliziotto a Palermo plot

After yet another mafia attack in his hometown of Palermo, Giorgio "Boris" Giuliano returns from northern Italy to join the city's toothless police force. In the following decade, as an inspector, he manages to get more and more of a grip on Sicily's Cosa Nostra and the great gentlemen who move in the shadows. The emphasis is on the important drug route between Palermo and New York. He is endangering his own life and that of those around him. Based on a true story.
