A mad ride through Paris in the early morning. French filmmaker Claude Lelouch mounts a camera to the nose of his Mercedes 450SEL and cranks up the 6.9-litre V8 to shoot one of the most memorable scenes ever: C'Était un Rendez-Vous. He told two people of his plans. His girlfriend, whom he meets at the Sacré-Cœur at the end of the film, and his assistant who warns him about pedestrians via a walkie-talkie.
