"See what isn't there."
An accident in the lab gives Professor Jack Sutree a special power. When he looks at someone, he sees the real person behind the face. Jack and his assistant Ram cannot understand this phenomenon. Then Jack meets a homeless musician named Bazemint, and realizes she's his best chance at understanding his gift. In exchange for her help, Jack promises to help find Bazemint's mother.
