Koekoek! plot

Every hour on the hour, the man in the cuckoo clock buckles into his launching chair and shoots out through the doors of the clock. "Cuckoo!" he shouts. "Cuckoo!" His work is vitally important, because the old lady sitting under the clock has to take her medicine every hour and that is a close call. When due to circumstances he 'cuckoos' too late, there is a danger that the lady will purchase a digital clock and he will have to give up his trusted life.
