Normad was once a corrupt LAPD police officer who falsely testified against his partners Huck Finney and Rick Bode by portraying them as drug dealers. Finney and Bode were subsequently expelled from the police force. A year later, Normad is a Supreme Court judge. In addition, he is the leader of a satanic sect and deals in drugs himself. Cindy, Bode's estranged girlfriend, once belonged to this sect. Now Cindy is on Normad's kill list for leaving the cult. Bode seizes the opportunity to save the only woman he's ever loved.
