A Child's Voice plot

Tim is a homeless teenager who is addicted to drugs. One day he hears the voice of a child calling for help. It turns out to be a boy who was kidnapped and murdered. Tim is sent on a journey to expose a network of human trafficking. He comes into contact with a girl who is looking for her mother and who is on the run.
