Sweet River plot
"A mother's love can't be buried."
Hanna moves to a sugar cane plantation owned by her new neighbors John and Elenor Drake. All three mourn the loss of their child. Hanna's son Joey is presumed dead after his kidnapping, Elenor's daughter was killed in a traffic accident. As Hanna searches the village for answers about Joey, she discovers the animosity of the residents.
