"The terrifying true story"

Sarah Crenshaw goes skiing and has an accident. She is taken to hospital because her leg may need to be amputated. However, talented surgeon Gary Vincent saves Sarah's leg. Sarah befriends Jake, her therapist. Gary is jealous and becomes obsessed with Sarah. He wants Sarah for himself and is willing to go very far.
