Where Sleeping Dogs Lie plot

In a dingy diner sits Jeff, who looks burned out in his early thirties after years of prison; combed back hair, tattoos, and with cigarettes in his pocket. He is visited by a mobster who is trying to collect a long-standing debt of $135,000 and he has to pay within a few days. Luckily for Jeff, he just happens to know the right guys who are gullible enough to do something and get him out of debt fast.
