An experimental virus originating from Chile is being spread around the world via contaminated money. We see its effect in different countries. In Italy, a thief steals contaminated money from an immigrant and becomes fatally ill. In Kosovo, a transsexual undergoes grueling surgery after contracting an infection, and in Germany a desperate father tries to save his infected son.
