Killer Contractor plot

Kerry McLeod has a young daughter and writes children's books. When Kerry's father dies suddenly, she travels to his house. She wants to have the house renovated and return home as soon as possible. Kerry meets Mike Dean, a childhood friend who is now a contractor by trade. Kerry decides to hire him, but after a while starts to suspect that Mike has bad intentions.
