The umpteenth from the 'Puppet Master' series and this one also one of the weakest, because this was really not good. While I found 'Little Reich' very entertaining, this picture is truly abysmal.

Director John Lechago comes up with a spin-off within the existing series, but it is not actually about the so-called Blade and we simply follow a number of protagonists who have to fight Nazis. It therefore feels very much like an existing story in which recurring characters and puppets are added in order to link it to the series in question. Even though the murders are a bit bloodier and not everyone's acting is as bad, Lechago makes it a boring whole. Uninteresting action scenes and far too much plot stretch the rather short playing time further than necessary, and there is no finale to end everything appropriately. In recent years, the Puppet Master series has mainly been relegated to pure poverty, with only few highlights among the dregs.
