Merveilles à Montfermeil plot
Emmanuelle Joly is the new mayor of Montfermeil, a suburb of Paris. Joëlle and Kamel are both part of her team, but they are separating and fighting all the time. The whole team is working on a new and very surprising policy, with the foundation of a new school as the cornerstone. As the city changes and flourishes, more and more problems arise between Joëlle and Kamel.
