The Garden of Evening Mists plot
Since becoming a victim herself, Teoh Yun Ling has been working with the government to punish Japanese war criminals. These were responsible for her sister's death. She visits the famous gardener Nakamura Aritomo who refuses to work for her, but who teaches her the tricks of his trade. Meanwhile, another war is raging in Malaysia. The country has declared a state of emergency.
