The box was nicely made, but it still reminded me of Hellraiser. The movie was okay, but I couldn't keep my concentration on it all the time. 1x was enough for me

A very bare-bones and clichéd horror thriller with an interesting villain, who thankfully receives plenty of background from director and screenwriter Lawrence Fowler. This immediately creates an interesting counterpoint to The Jack in the Box, as the main characters unfortunately don't get much of a lead. Furthermore, the drama is exceptionally drawn out and never innovative, leaving the viewer waiting for the devil to come out of the box. Towards the finale, this creature takes on a slightly too human appearance, and the murders he commits are too tame, but in return, it doesn't drag on for too long and is just about entertaining enough.
