Sympathie pour le Diable plot
1992. The war is raging in what will become ex-Yugoslavia. Paul Merchant reports on the siege of Sarajevo. He is a flamboyant dandy, has a big mouth, is a junkie, a provocative cigar smoker and the archetype of a war correspondent. The Frenchman races through Sniper's Alley in his white Ford, relentlessly telling the apathetic Western world about the ongoing carnage. In a city where everything moves, Paul tries to live, love and inform. How much more can he bear before taking up arms?
