Conversation avec Romy Schneider plot

Sunday evening, December 12, 1976. Journalist Alice Schwarzer waits for Romy Schneider in a small office near the Cologne Cathedral. The 38-year-old actress is in Germany to shoot her fiftieth film. The feminist Schwarzer has known Schneider since 1971, when, as a champion of abortion legalization, she asked the actress to join her campaign. The documentary reconstructs the nocturnal interview and looks back at Schneider's life, with archive material, old interviews and film fragments.
