Fear, Love, and Agoraphobia plot

"Before you go outside, you have to look inside."

Chet is a 29-year-old man who suffers from anxiety disorders, including agoraphobia. When his mother (his mainstay) moves out and leaves him alone, he has to look for a new crutch. He places an ad in which he offers a room for rent. Maggie responds and gets the room. She is a homeless alcoholic and an army veteran. Like Chet, she has emotional problems. Together they try to regain control of their lives.
