Shingo and Kan are musicians who can't help each other, but when they are presented with success, money and power, they form a pop duo against their better judgment. Things are going well for them, until the government gets involved with their popularity and it becomes too much for the two of them. Ironically, it's one of their groupies who suddenly becomes a pop star, undermining the two's success.
