Katatsumori plot
Filmmaker Naomi Kawase paints a portrait of Uno Kawase, the great-aunt who raised her from an early age. She sometimes observes her adoptive mother from a few meters away, but more often from (very) close. Now and then so close that the old woman gets tired of it and tells her to stop. But she usually lets her go, even if the filmmaker leaves her out in the cold for a while. It is clear from the way they interact that Uno considers her great-niece to be her own child.
