"Get ready for the live feed."
One night when Sam is alone behind the wheel, he turns on the radio. He passes a transmitter where someone is calling for help. The unknown man talks about an emergency at the radio station KBAL. Sam doesn't want to know anything about it at first, but after he has car trouble, he ends up at the radio station. There he finds a man chained to a pole.
