Grateful Dawg plot

Jerry Garcia is the legendary lead guitarist of Grateful Dead and David Grisman is the mandolin virtuoso and founder of "Dawg" music. This unique collaboration and friendship has now been recorded for the first time. With concert footage, previously unreleased recordings, exclusive home recordings and jam sessions, Grateful Dawg reveals the unique Garcia/Grisman combination. From their early days as bluegrassers, through the legendary Old & In the Way of the 1970s, to the Garcia/Grisman Band that became famous for their love of traditional acoustic music in the 1990s.
