Staring into the Sun plot

Ethiopia is known as one of the oldest human-inhabited areas and currently has more than 80 different ethnic groups. Traveling from the northern highlands to the lower Omo Valley, director Olivia Wyatt brings together the different worlds: Zar spirit possession, tribal wedding ceremonies of the Hamer people, well-polyphonic singing in the Borena, feeding of wild hyenas and other landscapes, sights and sounds from the horn of Africa.
