Ou Zhou Gong Lue plot
Lin Zai Feng and Wang Chao Ying reunite after three years to solve a case for the CIA. A thief known as Sophie has stolen "The Hand of God", a piece of software that allows her to observe the entire world. She threatens to make this software public if her brother is not released. The CIA agrees, but only because they want to use Sophie's brother as bait.
