In the Appalachians, believers want to prove themselves to God by measuring themselves against deadly snakes. Mara, daughter of the pastor Lemuel, also lives in this community. Well I didn't think it was that bad. The cast plays well and the story is good. The pace is slow, but it didn't bother me. Just a decent movie that didn't bore me.
